Happy Saturday!
I'm getting started a little slowly this morning and I'm not sorry. The past week has been a little busy and a lot of fun. I feel pretty good about my workouts and I even have some soreness to show for it.
Here's how my week shaped up... no pun intended. ha!

Monday:
Tuesday:
BBB Strength Workout A
3 mile run
Wednesday
BBB Strength Workout B
Katie & Mandy wanted to join me for this one.
Mandy used the teeny weights.
Ruger ran around trying to jump on us & generally be distracting.
Thursday
3 mile run
Friday
BBB Strength Workout C
And I took theses girls shopping.
If you don't think this counts as a workout you should try it sometime.
I needed caffeine to get to the end of the journey.
Please note that I actually did all three BBB strength workouts this week!
I also met both of my goals.
I took time to stretch and my hips are thanking me for it.
I also maintained a low carb diet all week. I have more energy and I've lost 3 lbs so far.
I'm excited to move into the next Phase of Best Body Bootcamp as it incorporates cardio intervals into the weight lifting.
I think I'm going to keep the same two goals. I don't really feel like they're habits just yet so I need to put that in writing and hold myself accountable.
So what about Saturday? I'm just not sure yet. I'm taking Ruger for a looooong walk here in a minute. That puppy has way too much energy this morning. Then we'll see.
I have to tell you that I love Saturdays that begin with no plan at all.
They usually end up being the most fun!

ReplyDeleteWay to go on your workouts and meeting your goals!! My goals for BBB this next week are stretching every day and running at least a mile 5 times this week.
